Pummeled Pixie Punch

A Goodfillas exclusive drink recipe from master goblin mixologist Draq Gor*.

Ingredients:

• 14pc Pummeled Pixie Port
• 8 oz. Armagnac
• 4 oz. white rum
• The peel of 3 lemons
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6 oz. lemon juice
• 24 oz. water
• Nutmeg

Prep:

• Harvest 5 Pixies, freshness is important to ensure drink viscosity.
• Thick burlap sack, use a new sack if possible. Do not use a sack that previously contained tubers, it will significantly change the flavor.
• Place Pixies into the burlap sack, and in a temperature-controlled environment (just above freezing), pummel Pixies until they are of a stew like consistency.
• Add five pounds of pressed grape and mulberry juice, to Pixie mixture and age for 30 weeks.

Instructions:

1. Muddle the lemon peel and sugar and leave to sit for one hour.
2. Mix Pummeled Pixie Port with muddled lemon peel and sugar mixture and let sit for one hour.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the nutmeg and stir until combined.
4. Let chill in a punch bowl with a large block of ice.
5. Before serving, grate nutmeg over the top.

*Based on a cocktail recipe by David Wondrich. Substitute 12oz Tawny Port for Pummeled Pixie Port to create the traditional cocktail.
