Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders cannot be combined into a single shipment without prior approval.

Please note that Kraken Dice is not liable for any delays caused by carrier complications. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Kraken Dice has limited control over potential shipping delays.

International Shipping and Customs

Kraken does not include any VAT or Customs Fees in the cost of international shipping. Should your country charge such fees, you will be assessed those fees by your local respective agencies.

Kraken Dice will not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or undelivered items once they have left our facility. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise must be made directly with the carrier prior to contacting Kraken Dice. A processed order usually ships within three to five business days unless otherwise noted. Items ship directly from California via USPS (Mail) FedEx, and partner with international carriers. Shipping costs can change based on your location. For international orders, actual shipping may exceed product purchase costs. Surcharges can include USPS address correction fees billed to Kraken Dice when customers provide incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Delivery confirmation numbers and tracking numbers are provided via e-mail for most orders if accurate e-mail addresses are provided when orders are placed. E-mails are can be blocked by anti-spam software from some e-mail services. Add Krakendice.com as an acceptable sender to avoid any potential issues. Any changes to the delivery address must be requested prior to emailed shipping confirmation. Krakendice.com will not be held liable for undelivered items due to a change of address.
