Description

She held the small object just above her eyes, the facets of the Primeval Jade catching the flickering of the fire behind her, providing just enough light to guide the fine point of the rock into the lava rock. With great care she finalized the final routing as the green rock curled away, a small channel remaining. She collected the green flowers that she gathered earlier in the day and began to vigorously chew them. A light green streak began to appear where the saliva was escaping the corner of her mouth. Delicately pressing the masticated flora into the channel, her tedious endeavor had finally reached completion. Grunting in delight she tossed the icosahedron against the wall, watching it tumble from face to face, eagerly awaiting the result.... 1!?!?!! A guttural howl escaped as she batted the primeval die into the fire.

Primitive Pretties

I'm super happy with these! The dice are completely matte, and look like they were carved from an aquatic rock. They have a unique texture, compared to other dice I've purchased, in that they seem less inclined to slip from your fingers when you grab them. I've bought a few sets from here, and I can easily say that these are my favorite. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars, is some of the numbers weren't inked all the way, and several of the dice display where the sprues were, do to the unique shading method used. But don't let that dissuade you. They really are gorgeous, and they roll perfectly.

These are even cooler in person. I will probably get more of these Primeval dice; the style is beautiful and fun to use in game.
