Gazing Eye: Blue Iris Single D20 With Silver Ink

I got one of these in a "mystery jelly" box that was already sanded on one of the faces. I searched for the eye dice and the title says "with silver ink" but only when you read the full description does it say they are raw. If they are raw why does the product title say "with silver ink" and the picture used is a fully inked and polished dice and why was the one I got already partially sanded? Seems a little misleading.
I asked "support" about it being partially sanded and they ignored that part and told me they came raw. They said there was nothing "defective" about it. I told them it looks like garbage because I would have left it completely unfinished but it has a 100% opaque side now and all they replied with was "We are sorry you feel that way about the raw dice". Completely missing the point of what I said.
I don't have the time or materials to sand, polish, or ink these dice, and had the 20-side not already been sanded it would have been fine. Into the bin I guess.
