Stunning

The price on these was the biggest deterrent for me, but I decided to bite the bullet and try them. They really are very beautiful...there's a depth to them that you don't get in completely clear dice. I love anything that reminds me of space and galaxies and such, so these are right up my alley. I know they have this same design with the tumbled, rounded edges for a cheaper price, but I did want to try a sharp-edged set. They look really nice, almost like a display/collector set, but I'm not sure that it makes a huge difference as far as actually using them. I rarely buy sets that are over $15, but I don't regret my purchase of this set. Even if the price deters me from buying any more sharp-edged sets, I'm glad to have at least this one.

Almost great

These are the reason I placed my entire order -- they look fantastic in the promo photo. Reality is, the numbers are extremely difficult to read. The edges are not rounded, but I don't think of them as "sharp". The internal design is phenomenal... I think if they were inked in red, they'd be a 5-star knockout! Not bad dice, just not as useful as I'd hoped.
