Social Distancing Delays and Information

We wanted to let everyone know that Kraken will still be processing and packing orders for delivery in as safe and responsible a way as possible. In an effort to get everyone their orders in the most responsible fashion we will be making some changes to the way orders are packed. We are taking these precautionary measures to ensure the minimum handling of your dice. All orders will still come with bags, charms, and stickers, however we will no longer be placing dice sets into velvet bags, or attaching the charms to the velvet bags included in with your dice sets. This minimalist packing and handling will also impact the inclusion of velvet bags, which have had their availability affected due to general supply chain climate. While bags will still be included in orders, the number of included bags will be based on stock on hand and the ability to accommodate the total number of sets purchased. We will also not be sending dice in boxes, instead packaging directly into the mailer.

We will continue working hard to get everyone their orders as soon as reasonably feasible, but this does mean you may experience some shipping delays as we process your orders. We do apologize for the inconvenience and do very much appreciate your support and understanding as we work through this unexpected adjustment to our processes.
