Non Expedited international shipping
International shipping through USPS First Class mail can have an expected delivery time frame of as little as 14 business days, to as many as 90 calendar days. Once a package has been accepted by the USPS it is delivered to an International sorting center (ISC), where the package is relabeled for international travel and sorted with other like orders to similar geographic regions. The tracking provided by the USPS follows the packages through their journey to the country of destination, at which point there is no additional tracking provided until delivery occurs or the package is returned to Kraken as undelivered. Because of these process limitations we are unable to consider a USPS first class international package missing or lost until 90 days.
